Cum platesc produsele comandate?
Produsele comandate se livreaza prin Posta romana si prin Fancourier, la alegerea clientului.
Plata ecestora se face la primirea coletului.
In cat timp ajunge la mine?
Telecomenzile expediate prin Posta romana ajung la destinatie, functie de zona in care locuiti,
in 3-5 zile lucratoare de la data expedierii. Daca nu ajunge in acest timp, va rugam sa ne anuntati
telefonic, SMS sau e-mail.
Telecomenzile expediate prin Fancourier ajung in 24 de ore in zilele de luni-Vineri.
Fac exceptie judetele din vest: Timis, Arad, Bihor, Satu-Mare, Baia-Mare, Salaj, Hunedoara,
la care transportul dureaza 48 ore.
Cum procedez daca produsul nu este potrivit pentru aparatul meu?
E simplu. O puteti returna , cu plata ramburs, in termen de 3 zile lucratoare.
Dar, numai prin Posta romana (vezi conditiile la sectiunea garantii).
Returnam doar valoarea produsului. Nu si a transportului, care este optional.
Daca nu gasesc telecomanda de care am nevoie, cum procedez?
In general putem sa va ajutam daca ne puneti la dispozitie informatii legate de:
1. Modelul aparatului -> inscris pe capacul televizorului ;
2. Modelul original al telecomenzii inscris la baza telecomenzii sau pe verso (la cele de marca);
3. Modelul de sasiu sau procesor (chassis model);
4. Trimite o poza lizibila la adresa vanzari@telecomenzi-shop.ro
In cat timp se expediaza telecomanda ?
Comenzile primite pana la ora 14, se livreaza in general in acceasi zi.
Daca nu, a doua zi de luni pana vineri. Sambata si Duminica nu se fac livrari.
Volumul de livrari depaseste in anumite zile capacitatea de prelucrare a echipei.
In acesta situatie livrarea se face in 48ore de la data preluarii comenzii.
Care sunt costurile de transport?
Taxele postale se situeaza intre 6-7 lei ( pentru max 3 telecomenzi ).
Tariful Fancourier oscileaza intre 17,5 lei ( pentru un plic cu maxim trei bucati ).
Cum procedez?
Am primit mai multe telecomenzi de la mai multi furnizori.
Nici una nu functioneaza, cu tote ca arata la fel cu cea originala?
De multe ori este posibil ca telecomanda sa aiba un viciu de fabricatie.
In alte cazuri televizorul dumneavostra nu poate prelucra semnalul
primit de la telecomanda. "Consultati" un depanator TV.
Nu gasesc telecomanda nicicum pentru aparatul meu.
Ma puteti ajuta?

Costul unei reparatie este intre 7-11 lei + taxele postale aferente.
